Roles & Responsibilities
• The Stanford Executive Program is Executive Education's flagship program that equips senior level executives with the knowledge, insights, and tools to lead and drive change and innovation for organizational excellence and growth.
• Enhance program experiences by building and improving processes and implementing innovative logistical changes to program structures
•Primary contact for all logistical decisions and details with all internal and external stakeholders
•Assisted in planning and hosting events designed to raise awareness and appreciation for psychology among the undergraduate community, including movie nights and faculty dinners
• Oversaw aspects of the Stanford Executive Program, the Stanford Graduate School of Business flagship executive education program. Owns marketing, curriculum, course programming, and budget. Oversees marketing for the entire open enrollment portfolio for the executive education department.
• Led the redesign of Stanford Executive Program (SEP) in 2016 and exceeded program redesign goals that included marketing, program content, participant experience, and participant demography. Exceeded faculty and participant satisfaction scores and remained under budget.
• Partner with faculty to create and offer world-class programs for executives from Fortune 500 companies. Topics include innovation, strategy, organizational behavior, and leadership.
