Name Coach
I have been hired as a contract designer by Name Coach. Name Coach is a company that provides accurate audio name pronunciations in the tools we use, to promote respect, inclusion, and belonging in every interaction. This software has been crucial in the educational and medical realm with building personal relationships. With that being said, I am a part of the design team that creates Universities graduation slides that contain the students’ picture, academic accomplishments, and the design of the slides.
The Process & Design
The process for creating templates for universities around the country is to incorporate their sigil, colors, and campus pictures to highlight the beauty within each school. This is more of a technical job that is creating a template and then plug-n-playing all the information. With the responsibility of creating 500-5,000 slides per student you have to be detail-oriented and organized with your priorities due to tight deadlines. The average turnaround time is about 2-3 days of receiving all the information, then to create the slides.
